Peace of Mind – This basic package is ideal for small business owners who can manage their own cash and just want peace of mind that their books are being done correctly. They want to know how their business is doing; however, it is not crucial to get that information on a weekly basis. This package includes the following services on a monthly basis: data entry and correct classification of all transactions, bank reconciliations, credit card reconciliations and a customized report of their 5 Key Financial Indicators in a quick and easy to read format.
Less Debt & Happier Vendors – This add-on is ideal for small business owners who do not have the time, energy and/or discipline to pay their own bills. They want to stop focusing on who they need to pay and start focusing on how they are going to pay them. In addition to the peace of mind services, this package includes the following: weekly payment of bills and a customized weekly update reports that shows: the current company bank balance, which vendors are getting paid that week and all bills outstanding. More Money In the Bank – This add-on is ideal for small business owners who are too busy doing the work and not busy enough getting paid by their customers. They want to be able to focus on making their customers happy, not invoicing them or collecting money from them. With this add-on, in addition to the peace of mind package, you will receive: a customized and professional invoice that will be sent out to your customer within one business day of us receiving the information and monthly reports showing current accounts receivables outstanding. Better Business Decisions – This add-on is ideal for small business owners who want to use their numbers to make better business decisions. Instead of always just wondering things like: how much do I have to sell to break-even, should I hire additional employees, am I charging enough, what jobs are most profitable, what do I need to bid out for my labor and overhead to make a profit? With this add-on, we will help you answers these questions with customized reports and accounting methods. Pay Less Taxes – This add-on is ideal for small business owners who like to keep money in their own pockets and away from the IRS. With this add-on, you will receive quarterly tax planning with estimates of what you will owe and different strategies of how to reduce the amount you will pay so you can take action BEFORE the year ends. It will also include preparation of your year-end tax return by one of AB’s tax accountants. Additional Services Payroll- available independently or as an add-on to the peace of mind package. Includes paycheck preparation and payroll tax reporting. Ideal for ALL small business owners with employees. Payroll taxes are very important and need to be done correctly the first time. Sales and Use Tax- available independently or as an add-on to the peace of mind package. Includes tracking and preparation of your sales tax report. Ideal for ALL small business owners who owe sales or use tax. Clean-up- available independently; however, this is mandatory for small businesses that want “peace of mind” and have accounting records that are messy and/or behind. Also ideal for any small businesses who are behind on their taxes, need financial statements for bankers, or are looking to sell their business. Other Miscellaneous Reports- available independently at a reasonable hourly rate. Examples of some of these reports: Personal Property Tax Statements, Worker’s Compensation Audits, and Liability Insurance Audits. Just Need Help?
